The entire recruitment process is quality driven and includes numerous objective measurement and assessment tools to assure compliance with our quality standards:

  1. Determine client expectations and create specific defined assessment tools.

  2. Conduct searches to establish a list of candidates.

  3. Conduct primary telephone interviews with all candidates to create
    a list that meets the client's requirements utilizing our assessment tools.

  4. Carry out detailed reference checks on candidates that meet the
    client's requirements.

  5. Present qualified candidates to clients.

  6. Arrange interviews for the clients.

  7. Notify successful candidates and debrief the unsuccessful
    candidates.

  8. Collect feedback from client and act on their recommendations.
